About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Unify, you’ll be in charge of sourcing, screening, and placing strong candidates across a range of positions within your industry, from entry-level roles to senior management. Strong knowledge of your industry will be key in matching top talent with our clients' specific needs, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
What you’ll do:
You will create and carry out recruiting strategies to attract top talent in your industry. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients will be a key part of your job. You will conduct detailed interviews and assessments to find the perfect match for both candidates and clients. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from the first contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will also keep up with industry trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking for:
We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a recruiter who has strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, results-driven approach is essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational and time management skills will be crucial for success in this role.
