Job Title: Blockchain Developer (Team Leader)                  
Location: Southampton                        
Job Type: Full time / 37 hour per weeks, flexible hybrid working
Package: - £60k - £70k + Benefits Package

About the role:
Our client is on crypto’s cutting-edge technology, and we’re looking for the right developers to join them. Our client's Enterprise Consortium Chain (ECC) allows traders to make better trades by being better connected. The key difference is that in the decentralized world, you need to be connected to everyone.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of blockchain core experts
• Managing the team's road map
• Improve the speed of the network based on the blockchain protocol, network and consensus model
• Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the network
• Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as KuCoin and other future blockchains on the roadmap

What do I need?
• 2+ years’ experience in managing Sr. Software Engineer who are experts in their field
• At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
• 3+ years’ experience in Blockchain in general
• 2+ years’ experience in Blockchain propagation, consensus (one of the following networks: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, KuCoin, Polygon and Solana)
• Expertise using Go language
• Creative, independent, can-do attitude, and a great team player
• Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
