Job Title: IT Help Desk Administrator                  
Location: Hybrid One day in Birmingham office                          
Job Type: Full time / 37 hour per weeks
Package: £25,000 - £29,000

About the role:
Unify is excited to announce a new opportunity for an IT Service Desk specialist to work as part of a team to deliver IT Support. you will provide information and resolve day-to-day issues in response to inquiries about products and services to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.

Responsibilities:
  • Alongside Contract Support assist with the monthly customer report.
  • Provide comprehensive reports relating to all jobs raised through the system.
  • Analysis and comprehension of reports.
  • Monthly update of Client specific Metrics/Forecasting Model in absence of the Contract Support.
  • Logging hazards & customer feedback on the Management Portal
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by the CM or Management Team.

Essential:
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organisational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Education and experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Call Centre experience preferred. Minimum one year of related experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
