Location: London
Job Type: Full time, Hybrid work available
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000


Unify are in search of a highly skilled Project Architect, which is located in Central London. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years' expertise in overseeing the completion of upscale residential projects. In this role, you will be involved in ensuring the successful execution of both luxury residential and commercial initiatives within a studio that prioritizes design excellence, collaborative creativity, and technical proficiency.

Key responsibilities will be:
-Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a strong understanding of RIBA stages.
-Take responsibility for production of Accommodation Strategies, Feasibility Studies and Utilisation and Area Forecasts.
-Develop Deliverables Schedules for the architectural teams and all associated consultants.
-Obtain quotations for sub-consultants and appoint as necessary.
-Prepare concept design sketches and develop the design using AutoCAD.

-Brief and manage an architectural team to realise design proposals in a drawn format.
-Co-ordinate the production of visualisations and animations where necessary.
-Production of Stage Reports and any other necessary reports required for projects.
-Attend Client project meetings to present architectural designs and reports.
-Provide confident leadership to a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
-Ensure the design is kept within the Client’s set budget.

-Review and comment on project programs.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in AutoCAD. 
- Excellent job running and client facing skills. 
- Great decision making skills as well as pro-active approach when operating and acting on own initiative. 
- Excellent  knowledge and technical experience of UK Building Regulations.
