About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates with our clients' specific requirements, ensuring both client satisfaction and successful placements. To excel in this role, you’ll need to quickly grasp the technical nuances of the industry and effectively align them with the specific needs and expectations of our clients.
 

 Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates to meet the needs of our clients

• Manage the client's needs and expectations, ensuring their recruitment needs are met

• Maintaining strong relationships within the industry to stay ahead of market trends and candidate availability

• Working to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
