The Role.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and networking events
  • Utilise marketing automation and CRM systems to track, manage and qualify leads.
Outreach and Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on products or services.
Qualification:
  • GCSE English and Maths 4/C or above
Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Customer Education:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
